- Account information: Your email address when you sign up (via email magic link or Google OAuth).
- Property information: Address, property details, features, photos, and personal stories you provide in the listing form. This is the content you submit to generate your listing package.
- Payment information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. We receive a confirmation of payment, transaction ID, and the email associated with your Stripe checkout.
- Usage data: Basic analytics such as pages visited and time on site, collected via Vercel Analytics (privacy-friendly, no personal tracking).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate your listing package using AI-assisted content creation.
- To deliver your listing package via email and on-screen.
- To process your payment through Stripe.
- To save your drafts and completed listings for your future access.
- To respond to your support inquiries.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate DraftMyListing:
- Supabase — Authentication and database hosting. Your account and listing data are stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Supabase Privacy Policy

- Anthropic (Claude) — AI content generation. Your property details are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your listing package. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. Anthropic Privacy Policy

- Vercel — Website hosting. Vercel Privacy Policy
4. Data Retention
Your account and listing data are retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing info@draftmylisting.com.
5. Cookies
DraftMyListing uses cookies strictly for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. The cookies we set are:
- Authentication cookies: Set by Supabase to maintain your login session. These are essential for the site to function.

- Access your personal data (view your dashboard and listing history).
- Request deletion of your account and data.
